Free Returns or Exchanges – Within 8 Days
If your purchase isn’t what you expected, you have 8 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a free return or exchange on eligible items.
 
We’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide you with either:
 
A replacement item, or
 
A full refund (if applicable)

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:
 
Be unused, unmodified, and in resellable condition
 
Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals
 
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

How to Return or Exchange
 
1. In-Store Return

2. Return by Mail
 
Contact our support team to receive a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or send your replacement promptly.
 
We Accept Returns or Exchanges If:
 
The product is defective or not functioning properly
 
You received the wrong item or model
 
You’ve had a change of mind (within the 8-day return window)
 
You’d like a different size, variation, or model (if available)
 
Items Not Eligible for Return:
 
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
 
Items returned after 8 days of confirmed delivery
 
Orders missing original packaging or required components
 
Refund Processing Time
Once the item is received and inspected, we will refund to the original payment method within 1-2 business days.
